An online community manager has to wear many hats and cover many roles. I’ve started talking about lessons learned as a community manager but wanted to share this awesome infographic with you because sometimes a picture says it all!

So if you’re managing a Facebook page that you’ve created for your biz or looking to grow your blog audience, you’ll need to flex some (or all) of these parts :)
